Our vacation home is only 2 km from the Neusiedlersee lido and event area and comprises 2 apartments with a play and herb garden, south-facing sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. Free parking is available directly in front of the accommodation. We are located in an area where you can enjoy activities such as cycling, swimming, surfing and Panonian hiking.

 

In the basement of our vacation home, our guests have their own lockable bicycle garage with charging stations, where you are welcome to store the bicycles you have brought with you or rented on site.

Families particularly appreciate the location, as the Familypark St.Margarethen is only approx.10 minutes away by car. The Mörbisch lake complex with playgrounds and the children’s fun pool “Platsch” is just 5 minutes away. The B10 cycle path is also in the immediate vicinity.

 

Lake Neusiedl with its boundless cycle routes invites you to experience and enjoy.

Description

The apartments in our vacation home “AusZeit Neusiedlersee” were built in 2021 and lovingly furnished. Light colors create a cozy atmosphere in our spacious, air-conditioned apartments equipped with mosquito nets. Up to max. 4 people (including children) can spend pleasant nights in the 45m² apartments in Mörbisch.

 

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Cremesso coffee machine.

In the bathroom you can relax with infrared heaters and a rainforest shower including cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and towels.

High-quality mattresses and bed linen guarantee maximum sleeping comfort in the allergy-friendly bedroom.

Breakfast

AusZeit Neusiedlersee is designed for self-catering. However, if you don’t feel like making breakfast, a small bakery or café on the main street offers fresh pastries and a full breakfast Monday to Sunday from 6.00 – 11.00 am.

There is also a Spar supermarket directly in the village, approx. 500 m away.

Prices

Price per night for an occupancy of 2 persons: € 150,– to € 170,–
For each additional adult (max. 1) we charge € 20,– per night.

 

Children up to 3 years free of charge,

Per child between 3 -13 years per night € 15,– for occupancy as 3rd and 3rd child.

4th person next to 2 adults

 

plus local tax € 2.50 per person/night, from 18 years of age

 

plus final cleaning € 35,– per stay. After 7 nights there is the possibility of a free basic cleaning.

 

Maximum 3 adults (4 persons incl. children)

Minimum stay 2 nights

Terms and conditions

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 35% of the booking amount free of charge within 14 days of confirmation. We request that the remaining amount of the booking be paid by bank transfer by the day of arrival.

 

In the event of government-imposed travel restrictions, hotel and border closures, rebooking or cancellation is possible free of charge! For all other risks, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance – including Corona infection!

 

The cancellation conditions according to AGBH 2006 apply.

Burgenland Card

 

Up to 6 months after departure, you can use the card to save up to 50% on selected items in the online store. It is therefore essential to keep the guest card or have it activated via cell phone.

Arrival and departure / Parking

  • The apartments are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. We expect our guests until 18.00 hrs. Please let me know your estimated time of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
  • On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments swept clean (as agreed) by 10.00 am.
  • You can park your car free of charge around our property. Reservations are not necessary or possible.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation, according to the General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH 2006. The right of withdrawal according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
The accommodation contract can be canceled free of charge by the guest by unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest without payment of a cancellation fee. Outside this period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the guest is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total package price
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
  • in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price
  • in the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire package price will be charged

European travel insurance

Important notes

  • Please understand that you cannot bring your pets (of any kind) with you.
  • Please understand that you cannot take your bicycles into the apartments. A lockable garage with charging station is available to you FREE OF CHARGE.
  • NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
  • For structural reasons, our house cannot be designed and converted to be barrier-free or handicapped accessible. We regret this and ask for your understanding.
